Additional Information: Extensive experience in perioperative medicine due to dual board certification in Anesthesiology and Internal Medicine. This allows me to properly evaluate the clinical status of the patients before undergoing surgery and other invasive procedures. In my current position in an ambulatory surgery center, I review approximately 10-20 medical records per week. These medical record reviews are to decide if patients are currently medically optimized por surgery. The review includes notes from PCP, specialists, diagnostic laboratory and imaging reports, current medications, and other information.
